- Access to 14 fitness classes a week
- A full course manual including a food guide, suggested meal plans and diet options to suit everybody
- Access to our private facebook support group where you can ask questions, share experiences and support the other ladies in the club.
- Your very own accountability buddy. This is someone else in the club with similar goals to you who you can speak to when the going gets tough and hold each other accountable. THIS IS INVALUABLE!
