VICKY MARTIN

Hi I am Vicky Martin, Founder and Head Coach at Love Life Ladies. Thank you so much for taking the time to come and read this page which I hope will inspire you to take the first step towards reaching your fitness and wellbeing goals!

You see it is my mission to help as many ladies as possible discover the immense benefits of being part of a caring and supportive community like Love Life Ladies.

A certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Coach and Exercise to Music Instructor, I have worked in the fitness and wellbeing industry for over 17 years. I specialise in helping women of all ages and backgrounds achieve their health and fitness goals.

It has been my privilege to see our clients overcome a variety of different challenges – both physical and mental. These include losing weight permanently, having more energy than they have in years and overcoming low mood and depression to name but a few… Nothing excites me more than seeing our ladies reach their full potential!!

My particular passion is the transformative power of exercise and lifestyle. This is because I have witnessed the profound improvement they have made to the quality of life of so many people.

It is my belief that often the harder we fall the higher we bounce… I am fascinated with human potential and passionate about enabling people to push their limits and achieve things they may have previously thought impossible…

DAVID WILLMOT

We are very lucky to have six time K1 Champion and highly experienced Fitness Coach, David Willmot on the Love Life Ladies instructor team.

Dave is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist, with many years of fitness industry experience. He also holds qualifications in Kettlebells, ABA Boxing and is a highly sought after Thai Boxing coach. 

His Boxfit and Weightlifting classes are really popular with our members. A great motivator with a no nonsense approach, Dave has become an integral part of our fitness family.

HANNAH SMITH

With over 30 years industry experience, Hannah is an integral part of the Love Life Ladies Fitness team.

An experienced Fitness Coach and Level 3 Pilates Instructor, Hannah’s energetic and uplifting style makes her classes some of the most popular in the local area. 

She is also a fully qualified sports massage therapist and offers a range of face and body treatments which are real hit with our ladies.

Hannah teaches Combat Blast, Bodybalance, Rebound Fitness, Pilates and Piloxing for us. Our ladies love her and her classes are some of the most popular on the LLL timetable.

KLAARTJE BULLOUGH

A Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, Klaartje recently gave up her job in the corporate world to pursue her dream of having a career in the fitness industry. 

Klaartje has been passionate about fitness for well over 10 years and in time has tried and tested many different classes and training modalities. 

With a particular passion for Muay Thai, Klaartje has also competed in a white collar boxing fight. She also enjoys weights and body weight exercises. 

As a mum of 2 Klaartje has had her struggles with her weight and it has fluctuated. She also knows that the best way to maintain a good weight is to stay active and fit. 

Klaartje appreciates that fitness is an amazing way to build a great community and is really excited to be joining the Love Life Ladies family.
