Love Life Ladies Who Lift
This class focuses on increasing strength, muscle tone and overall fitness. We focus on an individual lift each week, concentrating on form, technique and efficiency. The class will also include Crossfit style high intensity workout using weights and equipment. Experience of lifting weights is desirable but not essential (please check with me if not sure).
Love Life Box Fit
Love Life Box Fit is a non-contact boxing fitness class. The class will include shadow boxing, pad work in pairs, skipping, body weight strength exercises and a good stretch at the end. As well as being a great calorie burner, this class will accelerate your fitness and help tone your arms, tummy and core. It will also drastically improve total body strength and is a great stress buster!!
This relaxing 60 minute class enhances core stability and improves strength, balance and body weight management. In addition to this it increases flexibility, mobility and drastically improves posture and alignment.
The aim of Fitness Pilates is to redress the balance in muscle tone by using stretching exercises to lengthen tight muscles, combined with strengthening exercises to increase the tone of lax muscles.
Empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. You can burn up to 600 Kcal an hour doing this class.
45 minute high intensity workout using kettlebells and bodyweight exercises to tone, sculpt and improve strength and fitness.
Body balance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your mobility.
During this class you will bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates.
Breathing control is a part of all the exercises. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm, centered and happy.
